How do I get access to the Digital Concert Hall?

Here we offer you different access types for the Digital Concert Hall: 12 months €169 Subscription (monthly payment) €16.90 The validity of your access is automatically saved in your user account. You can view them at any time in the account section. You have 12 months to watch concerts and use all the other services of the Digital Concert Hall (e.g. films, portraits, playlists). The monthly subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can easily cancel it at any time in the account section.

How do I activate my access?

Your access is activated immediately after payment. From then on, you have 12 months to watch concerts and use all the other services of the Digital Concert Hall. Time-limited accesses end automatically according to their duration and do not have to be actively cancelled. If you already have a valid access when you purchase it, the new period will only be activated automatically after the entire term has expired – so you will not lose a day of use. Your monthly subscription is activated immediately upon completion of the purchase process and conveniently renews automatically at the end of a monthly period. The subscription can be cancelled at any time at the end of a current monthly period in the account area.

How long is my ticket still valid?

You can view the validity of your ticket in the account area.

How can I change from a subscription to a 12-month ticket?

To turn your monthly subscription into a 12-month ticket, please first cancel your subscription in the account area. As soon as the prepaid monthly period of your subscription has ended, you can order a 12-month ticket in the access area.

How can I cancel a monthly subscription?

You can edit or cancel your subscription at any time in the account section. Please note that cancellation is only possible on our website, not in the mobile app. After cancelling, you will still have unlimited access to the Digital Concert Hall until the end of the monthly period you have already paid for.

How do I redeem a voucher?

To redeem a voucher, please go to our website. In the menu you will find the vouchers section. Enter your voucher code here in the corresponding field. After entering the code, simply click on “Redeem voucher”.

How can I give a voucher as a gift?

You can find our voucher offer in the menu of our website in the vouchers section. Please register before purchasing – or simply log in to your existing user account. Then select your desired voucher. You do not need to enter the email address of the person receiving the voucher here. Following the purchase process, the voucher will be sent to you by email as a PDF. If you would like to give the voucher as a gift, simply print out the PDF with the voucher code or forward it by email. If you do not receive the email with the voucher within an hour, please also check the spam folder of your email inbox.

I did not receive my voucher code – what do I do?

It is possible that the confirmation email was intercepted by your spam filter. Please check your spam folder. If you cannot find the email, please contact us with the email address of your user account at: help@digitalconcerthall.com

Can I use the Digital Concert Hall on multiple devices?

We offer you the possibility of using the Digital Concert Hall on multiple devices with just one user account. Additional access is not necessary. However, please note that it is not possible to use different devices connected to one user account at the same time.

Is there a discount for students and teachers?

We offer a discount on all tickets and subscriptions to students up to the age of 35 and active music teachers. Scan official confirmation of your status – e.g. a student ID – and send it to discount@digitalconcerthall.com If you don’t already have a user account with us, please register first at digitalconcerthall.com/register We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Is there access for universities, libraries or schools?

The Digital Concert Hall for Institutions is aimed at educational institutions such as libraries and universities. If an institution acquires access to the Digital Concert Hall, the institution’s users will receive personalised access to the Digital Concert Hall after registering and will then have access to all content. Is there free content to try out the Digital Concert Hall?

To give you an impression of the Digital Concert Hall, we offer a free playlist . All education concerts are also free of charge – as are all trailers, interviews and films in the series The Berliner Philharmoniker and their Instruments .
