How can I navigate the Digital Concert Hall using the keyboard?

Website Our website can be fully navigated using the keyboard. When you press the TAB key (Apple keyboard: ⇥), a so-called skip link (“Skip to content”) is displayed at the top of the page. By repeatedly pressing the TAB key, you can now select any clickable content on the page, one after the other. Pressing the ENTER key acts like a mouse click, and takes you to the selected content. List views with multiple items (e.g. concerts, interviews or films) can be skipped as a whole: when selecting the respective list, pressing the TAB key will display a button (“Skip over list”) which can be used to skip the list – to do this, please press ENTER. Video playback The following shortcut keys can be used to control video playback: Key Function Space bar Play/pause F or f Switch full screen on and off Right arrow key/ Left arrow key Skip forwards or backwards 10 seconds (not possible for live broadcasts) M or m Switch the sound off and on again Upper arrow key/ Lower arrow key Increase or decrease volume Video playback in the iOS mobile apps Our iOS/iPadOS app can also be controlled via keyboard shortcuts and – if available – media keys during video playback. This is possible via a keyboard connected to an iPad or iPhone, or if you are using the mobile app on a Mac computer or the Apple Vision Pro. Media keys are not available on every keyboard. Your broadband internet connection (e.g. DSL) should not provide less than 10 Mbit/s (recommended: 20 Mbit/s or higher) data performance.

What are the requirements for PC and Mac?

For smooth reception of the Digital Concert Hall, you need the latest version of your browser. The Digital Concert Hall can be accessed on Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Edge. When using the Digital Concert Hall with a DSL Internet connection via a computer, at least the following system requirements must be met: Operating system Windows / Mac OS Processor Dual Core (2 GHz+) Memory 2 GB RAM Internet connection (e.g. DSL) from 10,000 kbit/s (recommended: 20,000 kbit/s or higher)

Why does the concert broadcast keep breaking off?

Interruptions in a concert broadcast can have many causes. As a rule, the internet connection is not sufficient at the time of the interruption. To avoid such problems, please make sure that no parallel processes are running on your network. If you use Wi-Fi, you can try connecting via a network cable instead.
