Wherever you are asked for your email address and password, you will find a link: Forgot password?. If you click on this, a new, automatically generated password will be sent to you after you have entered your email address. Please also check the spam folder of your email mailbox. You can then log in as usual with this password and your email address. You will of course also find the Forgot password? link on the login page.
Please note that from this moment on, your original password will no longer be valid. If you receive new passwords several times by clicking on “Forgotten password?”, only the most recent password is valid.
